We lacked pace again which is an issue generally.

Only Baah and Georgi seems to have any of the attacking players .

Vata probably too but he doesn’t play much .

Didn’t seem to be much joy in his voice afterwards in the post match interview - maybe shy and a bit timid ?

 

Just watched the extended highlights. Even they were boring.

 

Baah did what wingers used to do - get down the line and cross it in but most seem afraid to do that .

I am not sure if Tom really believes he is the best finisher or just saying it as Vata scored ?

If Hull is so grim. Why did you keep going back? I've been to Watford. Its a right $hithole....

 

This may come as a surprise to you but it is a football competition and each team plays every other team home and away

I think Tom is in the trap most managers fall into at this stage of a season, you play the players you think will not let you down and will grind out a result rather than risking the exciting players who can lose a game if they are off form

I hope he uses the Fulham game to see how good the younger players can be when let off the leash, almost worked against City

 

We get robbed with or without VAR, we just have to live with it

 

I suggest you read his post again. But I'll explain it to you....No mention of football. Went to see his mate at uni. Which suggests he wasn't coming here for football. I went to Watford to watch football. It's still a $hithole. BTW good luck for the rest of the season.

 

See the Watfud goal. Watfud player standing in an offside position, impeding goalkeeper and City fullback....two players at once. We also got robbed, big time, by $hite officials.

 

Well if our goal was offside and yours was handball, they cancelled each other out - so no-one was robbed, we both would have ended up with a point for the draw, which is what we both got anyway.

 

Fair enough....

 

And no one wants VAR ruining games in the Championship so really do we just have to accept tight things like that might be missed.

It was to visit a mate. Yeah, Watford ain't great, but Hull is closer to Luton it was dire! Just my and many others' opinions!
