I definitely cannot see us doing anything of substance this season, just good enough to stay up, our problem is defense and keeper, conceding far too many goals away on the road too. Shame about Patterson as we miss his technical ability around the opposition box, a season of transition I suppose....
A very long day yesterday. Following the Swans. Thankfully the day itself was great with good company etc. Unfortunately the game itself was yet another game of two halves...slow start with players looking at each other whilst the home side scored two easy goals...don’t our players tackle anymore. Two subs at half time with Fulton being one of the scapegoats there could have been any of them...looked more like a team trying to score in the second period but was it more that Hull were comfortable. Had chances but please hit the ball with venom not tippy tippy....RM blamed tiredness and also lack of game time again though not the three games in a week one this time. Too slow sideways backwards but hey we won the possession stats again.....
My friend went up on one of the buses - had was picked up in Briton Ferry/Baglan. I will speak with him later this evening.
