Love the way These Mackem ****s slag off Super Paul Mcshane. He is a legend in my eyes. GO PAUL BREAK FLETCHERS LEGS!
****ing hated Sunderland when I lived in Durham it's a ****HOLE easy place to get a girl...tho. My best memory was them losing the play-off final against Charlton. Oh how I celebrated!
McShane was a very poor player for us, you can hardly expect praise. Wanting him to break a player's legs, because of supporters comments, isn't really a great reflection on Hull. I usually find most Hull supporters to be decent lads who enjoy a decent game of football.
McShane was very poor for us too, until lastseason. He had a couple of wobbles when he first got into the team, ten all of a sudden... ****... And he's just a different player overnight... Could be a confidence thing, but myself, I think he's turned into a god.
Apologies if someone has posted this elsewhere already, but this is a very interesting take from Fletcher on Di Canio's spell on Wearside... http://www.theguardian.com/football/2013/oct/26/steven-fletcher-sunderland-paolo-di-canio
Stats from BBC Sport... Head-to-head Sunderland have won the last six meetings between the sides. Hull have scored just twice in those six games. Sunderland, then managed by current Hull boss Steve Bruce, beat the Tigers 1-0 when the teams last met in April 2010, a result that effectively relegated Hull to the Championship. There have been four red cards in the last six meetings (two for each side). Hull Hull are aiming to avoid a third consecutive league defeat. The Tigers are unbeaten at home this season (W2, D2), although they have scored just three goals in their four games at the KC Stadium. Hull have scored just two second-half goals this season - both of those came away from home. Sunderland Sunderland have won just one of their last seven league games (W1, L6) and have taken just one point from a possible 12 on the road. They have conceded 21 league goals this season, more than any other top-flight side. Black Cats' forward Jozy Altidore was sent off the last time the two sides met - when he was playing for Hull.
Can anyone give me any advice on who will start at the back for Hull? I'll be honest - it is for Fantasy Footy. I need a Hull defender for the next 3 matches - McShane / Faye / Rosenior??? I can't afford the others!
A bit off topic but what do these not606 stats say about football support in the North East of England? 1. Newcastle; Threads: 18,854, Posts: 600,548 2. Hull City; Threads: 15,031, Posts: 391,428 3. Rosenior is the most likely to play in all of our next 3 matches without letting us down. Try and get Davies instead if you can though.
All I can say from looking at those stats is we are due a win Paul McShane has proved a lot of people wrong including myself
