For anyone going for a pre match tipple. The new clarence is open again under a joint management local buyout. With the hop and vine just yards away. What more could you want
Im trying to bring a mate who i2s showing a bit of interest but never been before. Its also go help him as hes struggling a bit with his mental health so probably not ideal to sit him on his own
Need to go with three in midfield. This 4-2-4 shape (3-1-6 in possession when Lundstram drops deep and the fullbacks get forward) is leaving us extremely exposed and allows teams to play through us too easily. It’s okay against the likes of Oxford to create loads of chances or when we’re chasing a goal but we need to stop conceding. Even a 0-0 draw would boost confidence by keeping a clean sheet.
Its not as if Swansea had lots of chances, we restricted Swansea to 2 shots on target. Id keep the same formation. Agree with starting Ndala, if fit enough I'd also start Belloumi and not waste Gelhardt on the wing and put him central
https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/spo...n=continue_reading_button#amp-readmore-target I think I agree with Baz and Brady. Is it time to head down the road to Walton Street crossing and end it all do you think?
Still wouldn't want to be rushing Belloumi Marv. She said the other day he had 45 in his legs,. He might be 3 /4 games away from a full 90 yet.. Same with Millar, maybe he'll get 10 on Saturday...
I'm not to sure we play a strict two up front, Gelhardt was coming deep and gettting in some great space so we could get the ball forward. But I know what you mean about another "midfielder", I'd play him off the left and give Giles free reign to bomb along the left
I really couldn’t be bothered to read past the opening paragraph but isn’t the saying dull as dishwater?
Another tough game, but one we could get the win, if we improve defensively. As far as the team, personally I would like to see Gelhardt on the right, Ndala on the left with McBurnie up top, with Palmer in the 10 role until Crook's is back. You could then sub Palmer at 60 minutes and move Gelhardt to the 10 slot when Belloumi came on.
The other week we were beaten at home by Blackburn because they shut him down and our winger , if the Saints do that we have to have alternatives in attacking them , I’d try down the middle it messes almost every team up especially central defenders .
Was hoping to go to the one day cup final in Nottingham but the weather looks absolutely ****e so I suppose it will have to be this Cricket in Autumn eh, well done ECB, again. Quite glad Yorkshire didn't qualify.
Heads-up...Anyone coming from the East Hull area, give yourselves an extra 10 to 15 mins. Remember that Drypool bridge is closed for the duration....Going to be busy over both North and Myton bridges getting from east to west...
Saints have a MDT and its already up to 4 pages, some competition for once. might be the kick up the arse Chazz needs to keep his place as the chief MDT operator and end the complacency that has been creeping in.
