Acun has seen Walter's football at Hamburg, thought "that's exactly what I want" and then he expected what we have to be able to play like this, seemingly not realising that Hamburg's squad is much better than ours. You could stick Pep in charge of Barnet, they wouldn't suddenly end up playing like Man City and beasting the Conference. In short, we need high quality players to play a more technical system. If we can't get the players, then abandon the system for something simpler.

Something not many managers are willing to do unfortunately. The system seems to come before anything else. McCann, Rosenior and now Walter all making players fit the system rather than the system fitting the players.. But its what Acun wants isnt it..
