Jeez wish I’d never even mentioned the Hughes non incident now. Posters on here are more bothered about it than the players were.
I think if we cut out the silly mistakes we'll be fine. A major improvement for me is that we look like we can score every game. It was all well and good having a good defence last season, but we were second bottom for clean sheets so it didn't get us very far, which meant that conceding 1 goal usually killed us. Scoring goals was a far bigger issue. Look at Sheff Utd this season, they've had five 1-0 defeats now, lack of goals is their biggest issue.

He's had a weird start to his time here. Played quite a lot due to the unusual fitness situation with our wingers. But hasn't ever really looked good enough for me. Thought on Saturday his goal must've been a good strike but then it turns out it was heavily deflected and maybe not even on target? He's supposedly lightning quick but I don't think I've actually seen him get the ball out of his feet and get up a head of steam yet.
Bristol City he was decent. He’s a very honest player. Essentially created that McBurnie chance too with his pace and press to force the error. I still don’t think he’s fully fit himself
I could see him becoming a bit of a cult hero, kind of ****e but also kind of effective.
