I suspect that has more to do with the inconsistency of the team then the manager, numerous times this season we have had the same team perform well one week, then underperform the week after. There are certain posters on here who are all too quick to blame Bruce, when some of the players need to look at themselves.

As the table stands (Boro 1-1) we're 6 points off the autos. That's two games when the players could have shown the same application as today. Two games.
