He showed glimpses that were severely lacking in his first couple of appearances. It seems an odd one for a winter loan, he'll just get up to speed for the end of the season.

Perhaps he's our play off secret weapon ;)

everything, errr not quite...The corner incident was very similar to Greaves on the Birmingham player at ours. Ref gave a penalty. Fair enough. Today, was almost a carbon copy but the referee didn't give it. Might sound like splitting hairs, but the lack of consistency is most galling.

Statistically he kept the ball and played more key passes than anyone else. doc for example almost gave it away as much as he kept it. They don’t do the basics well and their touch is off it and clumsy imo where as with Ozan it sticks, always looks to move the ball forward and can beat a man. So statistically speaking he did in fact do the basics well.

Has anyone seen any other angles on the penalty or any close up slow motion. I ask because I'm wondering if there's a chance everyone was wrong about it. Watching at the time it looked embarrassingly obvious that Tufan had dived over the goalie's hand, no contact. But if you watch it on the sky highlights, watch the goalie's right knee. I can't tell if it clips Tufan, but it's certainly very close. Trouble is pausing the video on the PC obscures it so can't tell.

Oscar needs the ball played through to run onto and lots of crosses so we make best use of him. He's playing with his back to goal and feeding off scraps with yesterday being another prime example

I think you're being harsh. His whole game is to take on defenders and dribbling past them.
He had a couple of successes with this, and his crosses into the box where spot on.

Unlike Longman who's crosses usually end up over the crossbar.

This is promising. Good to see Rosenior recognising that Ebiowei and Pelkas need to get up to match fitness quickly.

This was a team going nowhere but backwards before Rosie took over. He has tightened up the defence and made us hard to beat. He has lost players like Connelly who brought some bite upfront. He will be a miss. For me when we get to 50 points we can be more expansive. Talk of the play offs was just pie in the sky. In the summer we will see some more quality come in but anyone who thinks Rosie hasn’t done a good job this year is wrong.

Highlight of the match for me
Nice dip of the shoulder can go past people
    On either side
Rosenior can’t wait to work with him apparently

I thought there was contact, but by then Ozan’s heavy touch had actually taken the ball heading out of play.

I haven’t watched it back, but in the one he stopped that wasn’t a head injury, I swear their player went down, quickly looked up and saw we were in possession and breaking and then started rolling around.

When Rosie talks about performance being important he knows if you play well you have a great chance of winning. We have all played games when you completely outplay the opposition but just can’t nick a goal. If your performance is ****e consistently then you will get beat consistently.

I also thought he was going down whether there was contact or not.
