Agree UP, no excuses, but I suppose as it was on red button on Sky some would have stayed at home, and also it was a School night, so obviously lots of responsible parenting going on....... No, I agree, piss poor!
Don't disagree with the narrative, Den... you ruin their point. On the whole goal awarding situation - taking that goal away from Bowen means Mitrovic remains outright top scorer. Honestly? I think that has more to do with it. No idea how, but my mind has decided.
I thought last night was the most fluent we have played all season, movement off the ball and passing was very good especially in the second half from all the players.A particular mention to Dan Batty who i think has been very unlucky not to get more game time since his injury. Overall a very good entertaining performance from the team.
I art bein funny but... could it be that the PNE players didn't fancy a wet Wednesday in Hull the way that some allegedly didn't relish a Tues night in Stoke? They didn't look up for it all
They certainly looked up for it in the first 25 minutes, we upped our game and took control, cant understand any supporter taking the gloss off a good performance by his team, by suggesting the opposition were not up for it.
It's standard stuff. One manager says 'Our best performance of season" and the other says 'Terrible display. we will address it in training" Just like Cowley of Hudders said when they beat us 3-0 and GM said as above. It's called the Championship.
