I think we're being a bit over the top with Jacob. He may have had a poor game on Saturday, but he's always been rated more highly by the club than by fans. Like Vaughan, he's a young player that some fans seem determined to see fail. He'll be our second choice left back and he'll probably be fine at that.

Progress isn't always linear, he may take a step back this year then two forward next.
