Thank you for your help , I have linked our accounts and bought the tickets. For some reason I could not link my wife's card to my account but I could link my card to her account but anyway it worked in the end which is what matters.
I've asked Vickie to confirm that there'll be ticket machines/tickets for sale in the club shop tomorrow night.
I bought a ticket online last week and have been unable to open the corrupt email attachment to print it off and I have also phoned the sales department twice and emailed them. They said there was a problem and it would be sorted before Tuesday.
By the look of things on here you need to be on first name terms with Vicky other wise your in the ****.
Feeling fortunate that I managed to link accounts again and buy tickets for our usual seats that were posted out and arrived promptly. It cost a quid, but given the problems everyone else is having, it was a quid well spent. It remains to be seen how many others will be joining us in East stand, we could be a bit lonely!
Hope Kevin Stewart continues the scintillating form he showed in the 1-0 defeat to Rochdale. The thought of seeing him at the height of his powers almost made me buy a ticket for the match.
Why would it matter when they went on sale in regards to changing your shift? We have known the date for ages?
You can buy tickets on the night, up to kick off, but it seems there’s an additional £2 per ticket charge.
I'm flying home tomorrow so looks as if Barnsley will be on the agenda to go Saturday. Only doing away games this season, this will be the first.
It's £4.95 to watch the game on Newcastle's live stream and signing up is probably easier than buying a ticket... https://www.nufc.co.uk/nufc-tv/pre-season-live-match-streaming
I thi I think the club's ability to make it so difficult for a supporter to just decide on matchday that they'd actually like to watch their football team is amongst their most crass 'achievements' - and my word, there are plenty to choose from. Come the revolution (new owners) sorting this farce out needs to be a high priority. This lot couldn't market their way out of a paper bag.
