Huge game this both in terms of our season and a big grudge match against our arch rivals. We have to be beating teams like Boro at home if we have any aspirations to actually be anything. If we can do the deed that puts us 12 points behind them with 63 left to play for, we just need to be 20% better than the smoggy ****s over the remainder of the season to finish above them.

If we can’t win this we deserve to go down. Like and share if you agree.

Middlesbrough are a lot stronger going forward than Blackburn, we will need to retain our shape better when the quick passes are flying around on the edge of our box.

On the plus side, their defence is suspect so it’s a big day for Pedro.

Same as with Blackburn.... should not have lost to them here other than some Keystone cops 10 in their final third defending... time to put things right...

Boro have had a few 3-3 results this season
Theyre capable of scoring but also leaky

No reason we cant get a result
Should be a good game

No buses running…

Taxis will be pricey (but necessary) …

Just need to get my spreadsheet out to work out what time to leave home to get a beer for a 1730 kick off…about 1030 presumably…<cheers>

Castro will be along to tell you about when 40,000 turned up on Christmas day with no buses running, then walked home in time for dinner and listened to the Kings speech on the wireless.
