Here's another one from earlier. Selles is like the PE teacher at school who has to give everyone a go, there's not much consistency in the starting 11 and the subs just seem to be to get the player on the pitch rather than change things on the pitch.

On today’s performance and his last two as sub I’d agree. Although when we signed him I looked at Coventrys forum ad many said how inconsistent he was, brilliant on his day and can run a game but then non existent in the next.

We'd have been better getting a big lump up front that can't score but could hold the ball up, relieve a bit of pressure and bring others into the game rather than hoping Joseph could continue his goal scoring a division higher
