If true then excellent, but are you sure that you aren't thinking of Sturridge? Haven't seen any articles about a Sterling injury.
Maybe someone said sterling and they meant Sturridge. I didn't google it or anything to double check.
Same team, which will change shape second-half (ish). We can smother their attack, but the big difference is our threat up front, and that changes what they will be confident doing. Home win.
please log in to view this image Like this moment when Man City should have had a penalty cos Jonah needlessly charged into the back of Silva - like he needlessly charged into the back of Costa for Chelsea's first goal, like he needlessly charged into Long for the penalty at Southampton - the needless challenge in the cup final for Arsenal's first goal, like the needless barge into Brady for Swansea's second goal and so on and so on - just be grateful he's been dropped - we've now got a better chance of winning tonight and another clean sheet - long may it continue
What's crazy is watching the game from last year, Liverpool were in decent form at the time, had Suarez firing, and we had just lost to the previously winless Palace and (I think) had lost 3 of our last 4. We had Sagbo leading the line with Koren in the hole. Figueroa was the third CB. And yet we scored 3 (one OG admittedly) and comprehensively destroyed them. They had no idea how to break us down and apart from their goal - a set piece from a poor challenge from Davies - never looked like scoring.
I just hope the same lot are not next to me tonight that were there last season in their half and half scarves and obvious silence when we scored.
If it's against club rules to wear away colours in the home stands where does that shirt and half and half scarves fit? Do they get kicked out at half time?
Or does she have to take half of it off? Please not that! Perhaps she has to keep one eye closed for the whole match. That would be preferable.
Got to be same team for me. Playing Bruce presumably means dropping or moving Chester or McShane? No thanks. Having Dawson and Chester at the back gives us a couple of defenders who can be trusted to play the ball out from the back, and it may be coincidence, but Huddlestone got forward far more on Saturday as a result. Only changes might be Quinn or Brady dropping out. Both looked to have been crocked when being subbed v Palace: Brady, especially, would be a big miss, especially as we will up against Sterling and Ibe. If Quinn is crocked at least we have Ramirez to come in.
8.30 am this morning at the Interchange and the O.B are all over the shop. There must be high fears over thefts of hubcaps.
and yet at any other time, there's just a handful of them scattered across the area due to cut backs.
