I asked that question a while ago, someone (can't remember who) said no. I'll be waiting until just before kickoff to get my pass.
1-1 replay of last week. Those g/imps won't go away. They need some injuries to key larkers...Grant and Anderson for starters.
That's reassuring for club, manager, players and his staff. If we had Jose Mourinho as manager some would find something they didn't like. I remember Steve Bruce getting it in the neck from our fans when we were in the PL. It is was it is. Grant McCann is our manager until he isn't. I don't recall this amount of posts whinging after we'd just walloped Pompey away and how long ago was that ? It's getting a bit tedious now, as was/is the constant drip of whinging about the owners. How about doing something radical like supporting in what ever way we can and see where we end of at the end of the season instead of wanting to derail everything with the season just over half way through ?
That's all we can do pal, cheering at the screen or putting your foot through it. It's football, it's Hull City, when was it ever easy ?
I thought most sports enthusiasts,be it Football,Horse Racing,Golf etc,etc,etc shouted at the T.V and encouraged(I do it every time I back a horse,watch the tigers etc).....Maybe it's abnormal afterall
McCann's head has been getting called for by some on here since the day he came.Last season was a disaster for McCann and I genuinely thought he'd be sacked. He wasn't and he's been given another season,he's got my support for that but we can't afford many more slip ups and I genuinely thought Saturday's performance was lack lustre. As for the 'McCanns replacement' thread.....****ing hilarious!!!
So why do people do it then? Is it madness? Is it as mad as picking the team every week on a Match Day Thread, only to be bitterly disappointed when McCann picks differently???
I think Ric his arrival showed exactly the level at which we are going to operate.... 'won nothing player, won nothing manager.'... in all aspects ofe life, we can all 'walk the walk' and 'talk the talk' but when it comes down to delivering thats a different thing. I always want what is best for this club and for me from day 1 he has never been good enough.
But then that to me suggests they were fine with us going down. If in March they had looked at our form, which was worse than it is now, and sacked him it would have made sense. The warning signs were there last season and the Allams ignored it, I don’t think they’ll do much this time. I want them to, but I can’t see it.
