The best game of the season along with Southampton away seeing a side trying to get the right balance in keeping it tight while doing what they can to provide entertaining football. Not perfect, but you don't mind that playing against a side nailed on for promotion. I think a draw was a fair result and one that should leave them feeling confident going into the final games of the season. With the squad available it shouldn't be too difficult to repeat this sort of performance but you get the feeling the home form and goal difference could sadly make a big difference, I hope not.
He only got stick from the South Stand after he showed us the finger. Should have been a yellow card.
Back in the day I was giving a full back at Shrewsbury dogs abuse, no swearing as a copper was near me, said copper told me to be quiet. The full back was taking a throw in near us, so I shouted at him asking if he was bothered, he said 'not at all', so on I carried. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Tbh, I find it utterly pathetic the way some grown men hurl or gesture abuse at players. And then seeing young kids copy them.
I only saw last 30 minutes plus added time and didn’t think anyone looked tired considering no substitutions by us, clearly Rosy was happy and didn’t want to disrupt our set up and style of play. We certainly looked as dangerous as they did and very evenly matched teams.
The interaction between Charlie Wright of Charlton Athletic and fans on Bunkers was always entertaining.
If they want to do it then crack on, what I find utterly pathetic is when they get all up in arms if a player does it back
Maybe he's the 'child catcher' from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, flown in from Vulgaria to wreak havoc among our youngsters?
That's not what I'm saying / suggesting at all. Can, and should, be the 12 th man, make it intimidating etc etc without being & looking utterly pathetic
