Baz doesn’t downplay anything. He said increased violence at football, particularly at the MKM, was a problem when any figures for arrests, banning orders etc showed that not to be the case. Hardly helped in attempts to attract families to the MKM.
If you had actually looked at what you're spouting about, you'd know that he seemed to be downplaying it. And yes, it's widely accepted that following COVID there was a spike in violence and ASB at football. Authorities seem to have got a bit more of a grip again now though.
Downplaying football violence at the MKM by saying there had been a rise in football violence particularly at the MKM? Yeah, sure.
You're refering to something a couple of years ago and conflating it with something relatively recent. You're just arguing now for the sake of it. If you're really that bothered you'd have got off your arse and listened to the actual quote.
So time to see what preston are like tonight Are they turning up Can we send them some cheese? Theyve not scored in last 3 games Maybe some bad chicken pies need to find their way to west broms canteen
If you look above you were replying to my post about Baz saying saying there was an increase in violence at the MKM when there wasn’t when you said he was downplaying it. You seem to be the one conflating and cross referencing things.
I suggest you learn to read. He was speaking specifically about increased trouble on the free away days costing the club significantly more than anticipated, which he seemed to downplay on the pod that you're feeling entitled to comment on but haven't bothered to look up. What's that got to do with the general spike in ASB at the MKM (and elsewhere) immediately after lockdown? 2 separate issues. 2 different times.
I wish we could have a mini poll within a post in a thread. Who will get bored first? Castro or Orange?
I'd rather have a brain surgeon doing plumbing than the other way round, but I do know Steverico. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Always funny when someone unconnected keeps a back and forth going hours after it's ended, under the guise of complaining about it isn't it?
so the good news is its 0-0 and against top of the table lester the bad news preston look absolutely gash
