Exactly this. Woefully short of creativity that would be the difference between mid table and challenging. Fraizer did ok effort wise and won over the crowd. The difference between what type of football silva played last season and what slutsky had us playing tonight was miles apart. Silva was also backed in the transfer window and I'm not sure Slutsky has been fully yet. At least give him a bit of time before writing him off!
The signs for me are very very worrying after watching that game. Give possession away that easily against the best Championship teams and they will tear us a new arse hole.
