You'd hve been better splitting your tenner into 5er to qualify in normal time then 2.50 each to qualify in extra time/pens

 

I didn't look into it that much. As I said, it's early.

And I really can't see us losing 0-4 in normal time. 0-3 isn't ridiculous though, especially if they score first and it gets jittery.
