No. In mine…he promised to bring it back with a full polish & full tank of fuel. Cheers Den, what a friend you are xx
Reasonable arrangement as usual. Can you just move the Porsche and I’ll land it on your drive for you.
It also shows that talk of a boycott if City get a small parcel of land there is hot air. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
That he’s useless, incapable, out of his depth, needs to be sacked, he’ll get us relegated, etc, etc.
Straightforward 2-1 victory against the Taffs, Tim's false midfield missing in action again in the murky Hull Fair weather as we surge into midtable, Dennis Booth waves a clenched fist at North Stand, our very own Taff, standing and goading his Taff cousins from E6, a rare home win to be savoured, the malcontents boos silenced, Brian Horton and Waggy on the pitch, we are one family in the company of legends, Happy Birthday Hull City AFC.
Well, technically he's English, he was born in Edmonton in North London to Turkish Cypriot parents. Though he did play in Turkey for a while.
The squad should have their confidence up, if we can get an earlyish goal then hopefully like at Stoke once we scored we can keep the pressure on their back line and push on. I would go with this, we look unbalanced with Omur on the left. Pandur Coyle Jones McLaughlin Drameh Slater Zambrano Palmer Belloumi Bedia Millar
I like this. I’d be tempted to risk Omur for Zambrano and put Slater in the middle/defensive one of the 3, then bring Zambrano on to defend the lead.
(SORRY for my response below! My bad - I jumped in on Omur for Zambrano -.you want Slater in the middle).. Really? Omur for Zambrano? In the Centre? The question of their creativity / attacking threat may stimulate reasonable discussion on the board. But would any reasonable supporter be persuaded that Omur is defensively close in ability / historical performance to Zambrano? As things are at the moment our combativeness and awareness needs some strengthening in the middle not less. I would not have Omur in the middle – and with Omur pushed out to the wing, maybe TW agrees.
I always think, even though Slater can do a defensive job, he is much more effective further forward.
