Agreed he is certainly being forced in the side at the minute. Mehlem has shown his worth, Omur is a liability
Some of the new lads have stepped it up a level or more today. Zambrano has been looking for the ball and using it well. Bedia has been a good outlet. Strong and bullying the defence. And with Belloumi playing like that maybe that's good enough for the centre forward. Still like the fox in the box option mind. Left side of defence still a worry though. Dramah sometimes looking like a right back playing at left back. Macca off it today. They've had a fair bit of joy down there and it needs sorting long term.
When do they say Hughes'll be fit? Can't be soon enough for me... Zambrano's looking quite composed. Bedia's doing ok and he will score but I wouldn't mind seeing Burstow given more than just a few minutes, I think his pace might cause them problems. We look vulnerable down our left, Omur and Drameh together isn't working.
Macca been utter ****e, Ömur looks lost wide again. Belloumi and Bédia have been outstanding. Jones largely playing last season's system still but been solid enough. Drameh a hit with the odd miss. Can't knock Pandur at all, good half and Coyle happier than ever to carry that ball forward. Zambrano makes the DM role look effortless when on the ball under pressure and Mehlem and Slater are both putting in good shifts here too. Still taking us time to get going in each game but the goals are starting to come now.
If you can't play Omur in the middle he shouldn't be playing. They seem to be targeting our left. We bring Miller on to stop that and gave an attacking presence on both wings as I assume a lot of their halftime team talk will be about stopping Belloumi

I really get the frustration with Wallyball, fannying about at the back & taking ages to get the ball forward, it’s abysmal & just asking for trouble Acun is a first class idiot for sacking Rosie & coming out with all that **** about entertaining football, then serving us up with this! I’m not saying Walter out, NO, just stop ****ing about! Take Omur off, overrated garbage. The most positive ball he played & it went the furthest was a defensive header from the Cardiff half back to McC! Bedia looks like so many “strikers” we’ve had over recent years! Hope he proves me wrong!
