And I'm excited for when it does start to click as we now have an overload of exciting attacking players. But it's frustrating that it isn't happening ... yet (?). Maybe a pity we don't have Delap and Ohio as our CF options this season; that could have been quite something, but we don't, so we have to hope Bedia, Pedro and Burstow come through. At least this time we appear to be building something for the longer term. I get why Acun has gone for Walter, in that his style of play is a bit different, so he's looking to get a competitive advantage, but if I'm honest, having pondered it for some time now, I admit that I am wondering if it's actually BS. We now have a very balanced squad, with real quality in depth, the first time for a long while. Do we really need a playing style that is 'chaotically different' or do we 'just' need a very good manager, a McKenna type for example, to get the best out of what is now a very talented, deep squad?
