The early kick-off and Sky coverage meant I was going to miss watching the match no matter what as I don't think it was on RTV. Probably a reasonable result if it were not for, by your comments, a late controversial penalty in our usual sleepy time by one of our nemesis referees. It was good to see our new guy off the mark which is something his predecessor HNM virtually failed to do in 5 years. Manning sounds ticked off at the late capitulation, as indeed he should, and it seems Williams is not living up to his part of the bargain and maybe needs some time on the bench but who could replace him and do the job?

It’s a fair assessment Hull were disappointing and we should easily have claimed all 3 points with something to spare Not surprised Manning is upset
Unfortunately losing points late in the match has become our achilles heel and it doesn't look like going anytime soon. Stupidity and lack of attention are usually the culprits. Wake up and play the full 90 minutes plus.
I just watched the brief highlights and Williams needs his head seeing to because that challenge was uneccessary, brash and a definite penalty which cost us a vital 2 points. The goal by Mayulu was top drawer and he looks a real threat going forward and alongside the muscle of Armstrong, if they ever play together, could be a powerful option up front. Max was his usual brilliant self but he still needs to get better control of his passes out of defence.
