And yet he's been linked with buying Chelsea, or 'Chelski' as the witty folk call them

Yes. A high profile name in London. Though how much credence should be given to that I'm not sure.
A Chelsea fan I know said that apart from the money Abramovich will want Chelsea have some decisions to make regarding Stamford Bridge. It needs some serious attention. The best option would be a new stadium. But where? Whatever happens it will be a lot of money to be added to the purchase price. You could probably buy his favourite club, Man Utd for the total price. There again, Old Trafford is deteriorating rapidly in many areas and needs attention. It is rapidly looking outdated in comparison to other stadiums. And we think we have problems...<laugh>

Interesting to read Huddersfield fan say he isn't bothered about seeing another PL match. Talk of players still being on good money, problems shifting ones on. Makes you realise how well Butnley managed their ups and downs and invested the money wisely.
Can't see us competing any time soon. Wolves have got owners with loads of money. Leicester are spending £100 million on new training facilities and associated infrastructure.

I missed the EFL show, did it show if the indecisive officials eventually got the decisions right?

Not really but their first 'goal' was a clear handball

The claim for their goal is that Taylor never touched it and it was a Henriksen own goal. Though given Taylor was in physical contact with Henriksen when the final touch was made, it is arguable whether Taylor involved in the play.

Never mind, let the cider folk have their point. The miss from a yard by Deidhiou is still the funniest football thing I've seen in a while.

I'd say they were both correct in the end. You could make an argument for disallowing the 2nd one for offside, but he didn't touch the ball and for me it's a bit killjoy to disallow a goal for someone offside not touching the ball.

I always found it wrong at lunchtime on a Friday behind the Sports Hall but I thinks it’s ok to do it in Bristol.
