    He did
It was his best moment, although I expect if the defender had actually challenged him to the header then he would have pulled out

One of the best centre halves in the country IMO. Should never have got rid of him. He's head and shoulders above any of the dross on our current squad list.

We pretended we weren’t going to lose by scoring two goals, which would have meant that even when we let our inevitable late goal in we would still have won
However we decided to get crap earlier than usual, not helped by odd subs IMHO, so lost instead
When we were good we looked decent
When we were bad we loooked absolutely dreadful and had no heart or spirit

Apparently some young kid in one of the stadium bars whipped out a 12 inch sausage at half-time and has got banned for every remaining home game this season...or summink like that anyway.

Few weeks ago everyone was singing his praises. Maybe its a confidence thing after being dropped a few times, then to come on when we are up against it anyway and the general nerves around the stadium. Remember he was the one acting as the leader on the pitch not so long ago.

My mate down snooker club reckons City players fighting in the changing room after the game.

If true wished they could have shown the same passion and fight in the last 15 minutes yesterday

    Hmmm.

Don't know if anyone else saw it but when Bowen ran to slutsky Meyler and Clark were warming up down the side of the pitch. There was something going on. They were whispering and slating someone, dunno who. But they were not happy. Someone on the pitch backing daws then backing slut??

That's a lot of conclusions you're jumping to. How do you know they were saying someone?

    It's my opinion Marv.
Why weren't they down there joining in?

It's just it reads as if you know they sharing someone

    Who knows maybe you're right
Maybe they were saying let's see if we can ****ing hold on for the win
Maybe that were talking about where they are going in January
Maybe they were discussing what to have for tea
Maybe there were discussing sausage rolls
Maybe they were organising a wife swap

They were right in front of me.
If there was a bust up with daws and slut then I imagine Meyler is on Dawson's side.

If no one else saw it. Fine. But it was there and they weren't celebrating

I've picked out the important part in your post.

It's not unusual for players not on the pitch to not join in celebrations.

I'm not saying your wrong but it just seems your jumping to conclusions
