I'm as usual full of pessimism, but that's normal Just cheering myself up with a pre pub drink though, so am starting to see a slightly fuller glass (even though it is emptying... which is weird) 1-0 City with a massively nervous last 20 mins with no strikers on and us camped out on the edge of our box Peter Taylor style
I share your feeling on this. Personally don't think one swallow makes a summer with Tom. He has been too slow in midfield for 18 months and results have been better without him than with him, so hope we play Meyler or Hayden tonight. But I too think now he's back, it will take a while for SB to leave him out again. Well, we'll soon know!
Brighton score goals but they also let a few in so let's attack the bastards! 4-3-3 get akpom on with Abel & Diame from the start
I was drinking King Goblin 6.6% of tastiness I'm now in pub drinking Coors Light...sublime to the ridiculous !
Cannot see any logic in playing Hudds ahead of Meyler, especially with them playing 5 in midfield. Flies in the face of a lot of evidence based on results Sincerely hope I'm wrong of course.
On Brighton forum they say they are going 4-5-1 after their team announcement Stockdale, Bruno, Goldson, Dunk, Calderon; Knockaert, Kayal, Stephens, Sidwell, Murphy; Hemed. subs Maenpaa (GK), Rosenior, Crofts, Skalak, Baldock, LuaLua, Zamora
Never know lots of reasons a manager might pick one player over another. Meyler might not have had a good day last time in training. We just have to trust that the manager is making decisions off more information than we have.
