It seems he likes to play 4-4-2 which would mean we could finally see Mbob and Abel up front together.
I very much doubt we will ever see Mbokani, Abel and Niasse on at the same time - unless we are chasing a equaliser in the last 15. Abel must play centrally, it is where you get his best game. We should always have a striker on the bench.
I aren't so sure, depends if its just going to be lumped up the pitch, plus not sure what Niasse is like at holding up the ball yet. Hopefully we can get in a couple of fast wingers and a full back then we might not be too bad at all.
I think Silva is a little more calculated than Steve Bruce and his method of throw on a load of strikers and hope for the best.
Silva has that daddy cool look about him alright. Early days and plenty more twists and turns to come I would wager but the fans are starting to enjoy it again and it showed yesterday in a game we would have arguably lost a couple of weeks ago.
I thought Steve Bruce's usual substitution strategy was to substitute our striker for a defender and then wait for the opposition to score.
What tune? & is that with a '4411 backbeat to start & Then a second half more of a loose 433 then 451' no idea where the middle 8 will go?
From watching MOTD, Hernandez's second goal was particularly impressive. Hopefully that's the start of Silva getting the best out of him as a confident Hernandez could be key for our survival chances. It's a shame he couldn't put that header away for a hattrick!
our biggest test will be trying to overturn that 2 nil against Man U, in EPL cup. it can be done.. definitely!
Get the first goal and watch their bottle go! We've got nowt to lose...they have. Attack Attack Attack
it was a bit much asking us to beat ManU after MS had only 2 days in charge. Now, with MS ideas firmly implanted, Im not sure they will find a win so easy.
The Stewards lined up 6 - 3 - 1 yesterday Rather then the usual 9 - 1 -1 Think this is because they think Bournemouth fans are poor in attack mode However when some one threw a smoke bomb they changed to an attack formation by moving into an 11 - 0 - 0 formation and sending to wingers foward into the city supporters trying a snatch and grab raid.
They need to be much more defensive when we play Man United with united supporters have a great attack mode. 1 - 0 -10 for me to stop the red horde crossing no mans land if City happen to knock united out.
Hasn't everyone been kicked out of the North for the 2nd leg to accommodate the lovies... or am I wrong..?
