I cannot understand how anyone can have any faith or sympathy for the Allams, their utter negligence in recruitment for the last 2 summer transfer windows has left us in the Champo with a threadbare squad made up of second choice loanees, on top of the utter ****ish approach to dealing with the fans. We're so ****ed as they aren't going anywhere any time soon, any incoming funds will pay debt off, we'll be left with an even worse squad after Jan when Bowen and Gros get sold off and if we don't go down this year, we will next year

So thinking back to the City transfer thread, where are those who said we had done good business? A good manager who had won titles and managed a national team, a mate of Abramovic, like a brother guaranteed some (4) top quality Chelsea loans. So what if we got the players for nowt they were good once, Ehab knows what he's doing, no its not asset stripping its balancing the books. Those of us who could see what was coming got a right slagging off, starting to look like we were right all along.

 

The squad is ridiculously unbalanced. Sluts has to take some responsibilty for it, both in terms of who we brought in as well as how he coaches and uses what we've got. And it was disturbing to hear him say he is not planning on using Janary window unless certain players leave or are innured that must be replaced. He said we have a high quality squad blah blah. Hes deluded. Nice guy but deluded. I rwally want him to succeed but he now worries me greatly in several respects. What a freakkn mess we are in.
