Tremendous effort so far. With the players we have I don’t think we can play much better than that. Unfortunately that’s the problem as Blackburn can and probably will raise there game whilst I’m not sure we can. Applause for the effort so far mine. Next goal is huge,
So far so good, Eaves a revelation, Doc not doing enough, KLP doesn't look right somehow. Got lucky with the penalty. It'll be a different Blackburn that comes out 2nd half though, they'll have had rockets up their arses. We need to keep it tight.
It's obvious where our weakness is - the transition from defence to attack is woeful. Almost no bodies up front and very little movement to aim for, coupled with a workmanlike midfield and it's no wonder we struggle to score. Thank God for GG. Desperately need some quality bodies 'in the building'. That said, come on City!

Very good half. Our passing much better than on Sunday, but Blackburn are not going to be this bad and we are still vulnerable on the break. Best I’ve seen Eaves play, but we are still lightweight up front.
Just needs a bit of coaching off Bigger Billy Whitehurst and once he's learnt to drink and fight - he could then learn how to kick at the goal - or at least take the keeper out...
