I didn't even know this game was on until I saw it on here last night.
Had RH on all day and it wasn't mentioned in any of the sports bulletins.
As a City pass holder I wouldn't have minded going and I'm bet I'm not the only one who knew nothing about it.
Is it expecting the impossible for City's media team to actually let supporters know in advance of these fixtures. Not everyone is glued to the official club website 24/7.

The fact that there was a matchday thread on here should have been a bit of a giveaway.

Dev Squad Report: Hull City AFC 4 Watford 2

The Tigers’ Development Squad returned to winning ways with an entertaining 4-2 victory over Watford at the KCOM Stadium on Monday night.

In an entertaining 90 minutes of football, goals from Jarrod Bowen and Will Annan early in each half had twice been cancelled out by City's resilient visitors but a Jonathan Edwards header and Keane's emphatic drive were enough to secure a fourth league win of the season for Tony Pennock's side.

There were six changes to the side that lost at Crystal Palace as City opted to give a run out to recent signings James Weir and Keane. Josh Clackstone, Josh Tymon, Greg Olley and Bowen all returned to the starting line-up.

The first chance of the game fell to the visitors but Will Mannion did well to block Michael Folivi’s effort from a narrow angle.

However, it was the Tigers who struck first as Bowen scored his fifth goal in as many starts at this level in 2016/17, guiding home a controlled volley at the back post from Josh Clackstone’s superb deep right-wing cross.

Bowen almost added another goal from a similar position just a couple of minutes later but this time his shot was superbly saved by Bannister.

Watford went close when Max Ryan headed against the bar from a corner before Mannion was called upon to deny ex-Manchester United striker Federico Macheda.

The Hornets were level in the 32nd minute, though, when Folivi went down somewhat easily in the area and the referee pointed to the spot. Macheda stepped up to take the spot-kick and kept his cool to send Mannon the wrong way.

Keane spurned a decent chance to restore City's advantage late in the first half following decent build-up play between Weir and Annan but his wild drive was way off target.

The Tigers made a change during the break with Edwards replacing Bowen, who had picked up a knock in the first half, and they were ahead again just six minutes after the restart. Olley’s pass released Annan and he rounded the keeper and fired into the empty net.

However, Watford were level just five minutes later when Ogo Obi was sent through and his scuffed effort somehow trickled its way into the back of the net.

Further chances came at both ends of the pitch with Weir glancing a header wide from Tymon’s free-kick before Annan saw his goalbound shot deflected wide. Watford substitute Ola Adeyemi had the visitors’ best chance, but his powerful drive from distance was watched over by Mannion.

It looked as though the points would be shared, but two late goals in the final ten minutes secured the points for Tony Pennock’s side. Annan’s precise floated cross was headed in off the post by substitute Jonathan Edwards to make it 3-2 with eight minutes remaining.

Mannion then produced a great save to deny Godswill Ekpolo and that proved to be crucial as City went straight down the other end and added a fourth goal to secure the three points with just two minutes remaining. Edwards’ pass found Keane, who produced a delightful first touch to take him away from his marker before rifling an unstoppable effort past Bannister and into the net.

Hull City: Will Mannion, Josh Clackstone, Josh Tymon, Dan Batty, Ellis Barkworth, Harvey Rodgers, Will Annan, James Weir, Will Keane, Greg Olley, Jarrod Bowen (Jonathan Edwards 46).
Subs Not Used: Jonathan Saltmer, Robbie McKenzie, Luke Lofts, Brad Maslen-Jones.

Watford: Charlie Bannister, Godswill Ekpolo, Connor Stevens, Carl Stewart, Max Ryan, Charlie Rowan, Andrew Eleftheriou, Rhyle Ovenden (Reece Stray 84), Federico Macheda (Ola Adeyemi 64), Michael Folivi, Harry Forster (Ogo Obi 48).
    Sub Not Used: Andrew Thomas.
