Kick off delayed. Stream just started, but they're still warming up
Edit: looks like stream now not working ... it's gone back to say 'available soon' (fingers crossed emoji where are you?)

It seems to have become forgotten that Williams did actually play for us before disappearing into the U21s for months. When he first signed he went straight into the bench and came on against Blackburn. So it's hard to believe he's been building up his fitness for three months since then but is somehow less ready to play than he was when he joined. There has to be more to it.

Williams is a weird one. I dont entirely buy the fitness thing.

Its weird, let be honest, we all thought he would end up our LB and was the insurance Giles would continue to not wanna be here. I dont see how Giles loses his place at the minute.

I take it Williams is training with the first team?

We were desperate for numbers against Blackburn though weren't we?

Of our defence we had Ajayi, Hughes, Famewo and Coyle out, so it was bare bones defensively for the bench.

Seems sensible for him to have a proper managed return from so long out, especially whilst Giles is playing so well.

His appearance against Blackburn was explained by Cathal McCarthy starting the game, more than his readiness to play. He came on with about three minuites to go to shore up the back four.
