Stop it, CC. Every city has litter. Hull is no different. The CoC award is about recognising the fact that it isn't just the likes of London or Edinburgh with a monopoly on culture; that even places with a smaller, less obvious, cultural scenes, like Hull, still have something worthwhile going on. Then augmenting it, with loads of money to put new stuff on.

It's got nowt to do with litter. There's way too much negativity about it.

2 teenagers came out of Macdonalds last week and threw their cokes on the floor.
