Are they moving it to Hull, what with the Reckitt Colman connection, C of C and all that? Though thete might not be room with no businesses ever leaving Hull.
Are these Coleman's anything to do with Colman's? I remember a lass at work in Hull years ago showing a lack of any appreciation of economics when someone had put some mustard on their plate and only used half of it. I said my grandad always said Colman's made their fortune from what people left on their plate. Her response was she had never heard anything so stupid. How can you make money through what people left on their plate? You made money by what they ate. No one could get her to see it.
I first saw her in the early 70s at Spring street. She was at the height of her fame then. The next time i saw her she was performing at my companys Xmas do in the 90s.
97% sold in three days, it's not exactly terrible, many of the remaining seats are restricted view and still cost £120.
Bloody Flight of the Conchords have cancelled in Leeds cos Brett has broke his hand. Dates are pushed back, Hull Arena should try and mop up an extra date when he’s fit. Maybe they could tweet him.
Absolutely gutted about that, have they released the new dates yet? Did you get a notification? Got tickets myself but only found out after someone shared it on Facebook!
Yeah FD Arena sent me an email. No real info other than ‘we’ll announce new dates when he’s recovered’.
Seeing as Collman's Coleman's Coalman's or even Colman's is now part of Unilever then I should think that's highly unlikely.
What is going on with the electronic notice/message boards in our bus station/interchange? They have been none functioning for about a couple of weeks now and even paper notices of what buses and their departure times are have been posted at each sliding door exit/entry booth.
