Hull City Official @HullCity AMBASSADOR: @HullCity are proud to announce that @DWindass10 has agreed a new role to become the club’s first ever official Club Ambassador
Not quite sure why that's selling out, or why that **** of a journo made out it was more than it was. Oh yeah, he's a journo. Good for Deano. Good for the club. Nice to see the club treating actual legends well in this way.
Thanks a lot for doing that! Up to 143 responses now from 85 having had no more on Wednesday. Really appreciate your help!
Well that's weird then. Theres no way in hell there's 20 regular posters on CI, not even including the large proportion who post on here already, let alone almost 60. Wonder where that numbers come from?
CI actually has over 2,000 registered users, the same as here, there's just a much smaller percentage that regularly post. The silent majority have spoken.
Kinell, you're suggesting that 60 of them, who can't be arsed to actually post on the forums, have seen a link and responded to a questionnaire for a Uni student?
theres only three camps of vocality (oooh go me) 1. the Anti name change (noisy) a large number of people 2. the pro name change (noisy owner and pals) probably could fit them all into a bus 3. the silent majority (those that arn't bothered) theres millions of them but probably include Wendy Richards , Tom Hanks , Brian Blessed and Mr Blobby. theres not a lot of point in including the opinions of those that dont give a ****
If and that's an IF AA gets the nod for the name change but we get relegated and AA doesn't sell the club is he likely to change it? Or if he doesn't get the nod and we get relegated is he likely to carry it on?
He's said if the name can't be changed he's going. James mooney recently reiterated this . He's a man of his word.....
Its not up to him. If the arbitration decides the FA acted unlawfully then the matter is referred back to the FA who would then make their decision based on the original application and the report from the arbitration panel. No new application would be made, if the FA agree to the name change we will be Hull Tigers from next season irrespective of the league we are in. The only thing he could do if he thinks we'll be relegated and doesn't want to change the name is ask the FA if he can withdraw his application.
He's owed £60 odd million. If he sells he will have to write off a large part of his debt. I suspect he'll only sell when he gets his money back, despite what he said in the press conference.
If we're going to get relegated, then further alienating the existing fan base would be suicidal and I don't think Assem will take that risk just to prove a point. Though I say that with no confidence at all, common sense seems to play little part in his thinking.
Hi guys I've closed the survey now to move on with the analysis of results. Thanks very much again for your views and helping me with the project. Some really useful additional insights posted as well which is much appreciated. The file attached shows the results from it for anyone interested.
funny that the only survey that supported Hull Tigers is the one rigged by Allam - just makes him look more of a **** really
