I'm more than overweight, in fact I'm a right fat ****er. I had my dive medical in February and was passed as fit to dive. I am 59, no diabetes, no cholesterol, no problems with blood pressure and good heart rate. The doctor who did my medical works with Olympic athletes and RU squads. He said lose weight, go to the gym and stop sitting on your arse as much. The fact is that I may be fat, but I am fitter than some of the skinny ****ers who dived with me. I drink too much, but I dont have sugar and have never smoked. I am either driving or sitting at my desk for around 8 hours a day. No excuse, I am fat because I eat and drink more than I need and I am a lazy twat. So when you see me in the street and call me a fat ****, don't be surprised if I catch you and you end up squashed.
It is getting that way. The truth is that I was reasonably active until I reached 50, but then I retired as a hockey umpire and I replaced it with watching football. My knee's and ankles are shot, to the extent that I can hardly walk after standing for a game at City. I hate the gym and swimming. Although I will do 26 lengths of the 25m pool this afternoon, I get too bored. Last year I lost 22kg and then my right knee played up and I stopped going to the gym. I have since found out that it is a trapped nerve and I do a stretch that sorts it. I put off doing what I should do and I regret that. Maybe we should have a Not 606 Hull City gut buster section. Any takers?
Chazz. Nailed on. Match Fit Day Thread I'd suggest a before and after photo but there's a limit to the size of images you can upload.
11 out of 13 in Hull FC's starting line-up today were born in Hull. They beat the undefeated league leaders as well.
