I think the fact that Pearson, Barmby and Bruce appear to be gagged about talking about their departures tells you all you need to know about the ruthless, controlling and overbearing nature of their employers.
Hopefully this month they'll rent some fixtures and fittings to make it appear to be a more attractive proposition than it is.
To be fair confidentiality is a standard clause in a compromise agreement which I suspect they would all have signed when they left
anything that's not in the public domain- it isn't have to be commercial, trade secrets etc - conversations between owners and managers and reporting what went on at the club if it's not in the public domain could be construed as breaching confidentiality - depends on how agreement was worded and how both parties decide to interpret it
