We were 6th when he got sacked so we werent **** really were we. Its not Tonys fault we were incapable of signing an experienced number 9 because of our insistence in buying kids, developing them and then moving them on for a profit. Its pretty obvious wed struggle really when you look at all the teams promoted over the years all have a striker that gets around 20 goals a season
Belated thanks RTB for another splendid match day thread. Decent team under the circumstances, a raft of changes would cause more problems than it would solve lets see what happens and how Beale uses his bench. Off we go .
Maybe play the ones we bought then. And then actually create something for them. Nobody is scoring goals in this team we have zero creativity.
We have plenty of play around the box but nobody to bury the chances. I agree we should be playing strikers, which is why im so far unsure in what sacking Mogga has gained? I at least expected Beale to change things around abit and play players in their proper positions but nothing has changes yet
Depends where you set the bar. Club have higher expectations and TM was starting to speak out against how KLD wants the club to be run.
I dont blame him, as a head Coach it must have been pretty frustrating for him. Itll be interesting to see what we do in Jan and how ambitious our owners really are
