Can only hope it’s Jobe up top with Dack behind, lack of a striker is so ****ing frustrating man

This might sound ridiculous (and it is), but Beales team selection really makes this feel must win if he’s going to stand any chance of winning some fans over.

I was on the fence and am now gobsmacked

Is Beale giving these a run of games to show they can get goals eventually. Jobe will score if he gets the right passes.

Rather he gave Rusyn a run but I’m not paid to make these calls I guess, jobes best games for us have been as a striker so I’ll hold back until I see how we are lining up

In recent months I think everyone will agree that Birmingham was our best attacking performance (Leeds overall best performance) and we started Rusyn and he stretched the game, made constant runs, hit the post and got an assist. He's played 45 minutes since then. Why?

Jobe is probably our best striker at the minute tbf, he leads the line pretty well and has good movement in the box

Not impressed with Dack starting as feel he looks so far off it at the minute

Disappointed that rigg isnt on the bench

I’ll repeat my comment from last week that we are yet to have a successful signing from abroad under the regime yet, despite signing loads.

Seelt only one starting today, and that’s because Huggins injured.

The rest are away from their families over Christmas possibly wondering what the fuss was about.

Sorry I’m not in a good place today like

I do think its too soon to judge the ones in the summer. When you sign young players, especially young foreign players, we wont see the best of them for a yr or 2. Thats why i said in the summer, we needed another couple of signings for this season - signings like we did last summer with ballard n clarke (young lads with experience)

Yes yes it's far too early, but perhaps Beale will break Clough's Leeds record

They are hardly getting a chance though. Clarke looked bang average in league one until he got consistent minutes, Ekwah was really poor in his first few games but we played him anyway and he adapted, we've given Burstow more minutes than all of our other permanent strikers, Roberts gets played over Ba despite being much less effective, Seelt was superb against Leeds and got dropped for no reason. I'm not sure what these lads are meant to do from the bench?

The strikers must be wondering what’s the bloody point of being here? If I was Rusyn I’d be asking my agent to look for a move.

Assuming it’s Jobe up front and Dack behind…but Christ knows with our selections. It could be Clarke in the middle and Dack on the left as we pretty much chuck names at the board and see who sticks where.
