Yeah at times he is very frustrating
    However
Ba has had his chances he could come on as a sub and hopefully make a difference

All I want is to see Ekwah smiling. Sounds bloody stupid I know, but if he is smiling he is playing well. At times it looks like a chore. Keep on smiling Pierre lad, you are a hell of a good player.

I know a fair bit about Delap. He has unbelievable talent and folk tell me it is a matter of time for him. I coule not believe he went to Stoke last year, awful choice for him, maybe influences by his Dad. Hull much better this time around but still not quite clicking. He is a case in point about young strikers, just got some growing up to do, mentally as much as anything. I would be surprised though if he isnt a premier league striker in a couple of years.

I was just typing today ‘Bring someone on who can shoot’ or words to that effect then Clarke banged it and scored. Him, Ekwah Roberts Aouchiche Jobe to memory all guilty of having an opportunity to move it towards goal and shoot but did something clever that took it westward.

For some daft reason that doesnt half make me smile.

The more I see of Jobe, the more I am impressed. He has so many strengths to his game already. He is a bit immature at times, but who isnt at that age, but he has a great chance to follow in his brothers footsteps. I see a player that will dominate physically whereever he plays, runs with great football awareness, and has the core ball skills.

Not really my thing, but his name and profile alone is putting us on the map for young talent. Hope we dont block our own, as Rigg has everything and I think will go higher, but we are definitely a club for young top talent.

Had a house full all day so dipped in and out, great to get the result which overrides the performance for me, our new manager needed that and we have to repeat the result against Rotherham.
This is a bonkers league where anybody can get a result we've just got to keep going HTL.

Commercially, it's an absolute dream for Madrid to pair them up. Shirt sales and sponsorship through the roof ( not that it isn't already but they would make a fair few quid)

Undoubtedly had his profile enhanced by his brother but think of every player in our team that you think is decent then count how many games of blokes football they’d played at his age especially at this level. He’s got the world at his feet and he’s still playing out of position most weeks.

I am not sure he is playing out of position mate. What is his position? The Brum coaches werent sure and I doubt ours are too. Let him play and see where he settles. My opinion, he could be a 9,10,8 or 6. I wouldnt pigeon hole him yet.

There's plenty of service...Clarke, Roberts beating defenders at ease. A natural striker would be getting across their man at the near, far and middle of the box. Swap the wingers to the other sides and we'd get bundles.

Serious question, why did he come to us? Real could have afforded to give Birmingham 5X as much and not even missed it. So how did we manage to get him?

Be careful mate. You will sound like LJ <laugh>

When Johnson came in he did the simplest of all coaching things of getting McGeady to hit the front post and Wyke to get their first or across his man. Bingo, 30 goals. Some will say LJs language was nonsenical( POMO), but McGeady and Wyke got it. Wyke had that intensity and awareneas to do it of course. He was already aware if limited. I doubt the current crop have the mentality to be that aggresive yet, so whether Clarke or Roberts hit that area is not yet the question. If we sign a 9 that has that mentality is anothet thing and I doubt the club will go down that route tbh. There are some easy candidates for us, but I doubt they are on our list. We need to be patient with the wide lads therefore.

Amazing that some supporters are determined to find divisions and strife within the club.

FFS, the owner is at Hull, that's HULL otherwise known as the end of the earth, at Christmas ...

... he has mi££ions and could be absolutely anywhere in the world.

He can't spend the night there, it closes at 6pm and there are no hotels.

WTF is wrong with people who think he's just a sly businessman spending peanuts, taking the supporters for mugs and looking for the cheapest coaching option while Speakman is really pulling all the strings ...

... it's absolutely pitiful what conspiracy theories people can convince themselves of <doh>
