Cheers for the heads up! Obviously if the stewards get involved they'll clock us straight away with our accents.
from nufc.com +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Having rejected requests for additional away places and then failed to flog tickets to their own members and season ticket-holders, Hull City have begun a public sale of tickets for next Tuesday's visit of Newcastle. All four price categories are advertised - suggesting good availability - but the online ordering / print at home option no longer appears on their website, restricting purchase choices to in person/by phone. From the City website: Please note that available tickets are for home supporters only. Visiting supporters found to be in home areas of the KCOM Stadium will be removed with no refund. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ suppose all you would have to say is that you're a Hull fan from Newcastle
Aye I saw that. For £9.00 though worth the risk. They will probably only remove people though if they are making it obvious. Sit there in silence and not wearing colours will probably be fine.
Hull have now removed the link to the Newcastle game from their ticketing website. No doubt our fans have bought a fair few tickets this morning and they've realised what's happened. The people running the club really are a shambles.
Hilarious, I've read they sold 9,000 home tickets prior to the general sale, I reckon having put them up for general sale, they probably sold another 3000 or so immediately and it took them a while to actually work out why this is! what morons!
You're far more likely to get a slap in the North, than you are in any other stand, it's where our more boisterous youth congregate. Still, it all adds to the atmosphere. You can join in with our Allam Out chants if you like?
Hull recent results Arsenal 4 Hull 1 Liverpool 5 Hull 1 Bournemouth 6 Hull 1 Sunderland 3 Hull 0 Now if I am to believe what I read about this Newcastle team under Relegation Rafa you are going to need a calculator to keep score
You do know that the game is at Hull. And their most recent home result was? Don't bother looking. It was a win against the team that knocked Sunderland out of the EFL cup. More importantly what was the foul count. I also believe Hull had a far lower foul count than each of the sides they played so by your logic must be a much better team.
Fredor you are aware that those weren't exactly "recent results"? You've just picked a load of Hull's results from the last 3 months, completely out of sequence, and in between the games you have cited they've also won games and lost by much smaller margins. That may go down well when you say it to your fellow septugenarians while playing dominos at the old biddy's home, but here it's just an example of your **** statistics striking once again.
You might be better off concentrating on your own teams results under Masturbation Moyes and his team of ****ers.
Will be an interesting one this as if both teams put out their strongest sides it will allow us to gauge the difference between the top of the Championship and the base of the Premiership. Hull have had some reasonable results at home despite their position and all seem up to playing for the manager. Even in the defeat to Sunderland they seem to have had the lion's share of possession. It may come down to what both managers attitudes are to the importance of this game and how many changes they each make. Our squad seems to have more depth than theirs so if they make a lot of changes we could be on to a winner. In order to show the necessary level of delusion I have extended the length of my Xmas visit to UK by a week, until Thursday 12th January, so I can take in the first-leg of the semi final.
Now Fredor knows you're not going to be at home, I'd be very careful when you get back. That scene from Speed springs to mind when Dennis Hopper booby- traps his home....
Ta Windy. The FA need to do more to screen these people & to take them to task when they overstep the mark- like Ashley when he renamed St James' when he felt like it. Shocking that. For what it's worth, i reckon you'll beat us pretty convincingly, unless there's a massive drop in standards by your lads. From what i've seen you're pissing the championship. And can't see Rafa allowing standards to drop with a semi final on the cards. I'd give you the whole North Stand+ north east corner corner since you'd sell it out & it's not fair on your supporters to be denied when we can't sell out ourselves.
No worries - Modern owners are a disease on the game. No interest in the fans. The Allam's trying to mess with tradition was just a step too far. Should be a good game on the night. It's a shame we didn't get more tickets but the people making the decisions are creating a potentially dangerous situation since there will be many fans in the home areas of the ground. All it takes is one idiot from either side to trigger off an incident.
I know a bus of 25 from north shields all getting tickets for there end......they aren't the shy retiring type either.
