It was converted and fitted out as a hotel in 2022 but was then put up for sale without ever opening, as far as I can, a new owner opened it at the end of August.
This site is always worth a good mooch around when you have time on your hands. https://www.28dayslater.co.uk/
That central bit, above the two gold columns, is an addition, I wonder if it's for Burton signage. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
It's the original Burton logo, which they could potentially have issues using, as it now belongs to Boohoo.
Some great buildings down whitefrigate I’d like to see them do summat with the art deco one think it’s Superdrug
Where is England’s oldest surviving purpose-built Post Office building.? https://whitefriargatehull.co.uk/history/
Birds of a feather, oh sorry you typed 'wonka'. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.

Ebenezer Cobb Morley: Football Man and Football Myth Professor Tony Collins Tuesday 12 November, 12.30pm. Admission is first come first served. Please note that maximum capacity is 100 – we will be ticketing on the door to manage numbers. Almost unknown in his own time in his hometown of Hull, Ebenezer Cobb Morley now has legendary status as the man who wrote the first rules of football and who is, in the eyes of many, the true 'father of football'. To mark the centenary of Morley’s death in November 1924, we welcome Tony Collins to speak about the man, the sport, the reality and the myth. https://hullhistorycentre.org.uk/whats-on/exhibitions/current-events.aspx
Boohoo not exactly squeaky clean themselfs, but I would imagine they would come down hard on anyone falling foul of them.
It would be an interesting read but I wouldn't pay £40 for it. EDIT, is it still available? HCC are still working their way through it.
