Where did you work?

 

Not a lot of people I knew lived in Cambridge! Some lived out at Ely
I used to stay at those travelodges down the A14

 

Stayed there ourselves one night, near Bar Hill, and that was enough, when looking for somewhere to buy. Ended up just down the road.

 

I thought some Doc Martin’s are still made in UK, but with a premium price of over £160 a pair

My best mate lived in Milton outside Cambridge - had a few nights out in Cambridge. Not too bad.

 

Stayed there a few times, and I've lost it now, but I had a couple of brochures taken from a stand run by some Sunday school type ladies, that sneered at the oik giggling and pointing at it.

It was about days out on the river, and waxed lyrical about how it can be enjoyed by all the family, and they encourage to bring a picnic, and how you can do it yourself, or hire an experienced expert to teach you or to manage the long pole, which is all harmless enough, but the main strap line across the top was 'Enjoy being punted up the back reaches'.

FFS, someone else giggle so I don't look like the only childish sod.

 

There's no law against it, Dutch - and if you don't push back, it's not really gay. Allegedly.
