There is, also HS2 will have a huge impact. A client of mine is just putting in planning for two blocks of flats in the area as the brownfield land is absolutely dirt cheap. He basically needs to sell the flats at £30k to make a profit. I think starting price is £85k up to £180k which he expects will sell out very quickly.

As someone (y)our age is well aware, in the 50's & 60's tonsils were whipped out as a matter of course (usually with your adenoids too) - your tonsils did well to survive the times sir!
