A few words from the man himself! http://www.eveningnews24.co.uk/spor...ays_norwich_city_boss_chris_hughton_1_1929394
isn't this the prick who said norwich are the worst team in premier league history? and now he thinks we could stay up? ignore him, whoever the hell he is
For someone that "doesn't care about us" he certainly talks about us a lot He's scared, hes gettin the excuses in now because he knows we can turn the corner. I hope he gets crucified at the end of the season. This is a bloke that has another prediction on the go. He said QPR would finish above tottenham. Think that says it all.
I can see us picking up a couple of wins next month - two of Sunderland, Saints or Wigan - which should hopefully ease a bit of the tension that seems to be building up of late. Anything from the Everton or ManUre games will be a bonus and I'm not expecting anything from either of those, but then come some winnable games that should hopefully calm the nerves. It looks like the title should be decided well before the final game against Man ****ty should it come to that so hopefully they might not be quite as up for it as they were lfor the corresponding fixture of last season - though like I said, I think we'll be safe by then anyway
durham has set his stall out with us and needs to stick with it. i've heard him go on about his prediction of us being the worse team and won't win again this season recently. i don't think he has an agenda per se, it's all intended to get norwich fans to call his show on a premium rate number. so far, and i listen into bits most days, i haven't heard a single one phone in, so it's not working
That is a rather baffling prediction to make, even before this season had started! I was expecting QPR to be mid-table with Tottenham fighting for Europa League/Champions League. We all knew QPR had made some bad signings anyway. The most common words used I believe were 'big ego,' 'old' and over-rated?'
While I agree with most of what he says, it is impossible for the team not to be judged on every game and their performance in those games.
I'm sure I read somewhere the other day that some Bookies had started paying out if you backed ManUre to be PL champions!!!!
That is correct, surprising after Freddie Done had to pay out on both Arsenal and Man Ure a few years ago!
Every pundit had a hard on for QPR at the start on the season. Unbelievably, some still rate the "QPR project" I could have told you it would **** up 2 years ago.
