The old adage that ' everyone thinks they're a manager ' is usually correct. But anyone who has splashed their hard-earned on watching Rangers lately will know what I'm saying. Every R in the ground can see where we're going wrong and what needs changing. Not Sparky though... And I'm just talking about this season either. As someone said earlier we have two stubborn individuals at the helm who are too proud to admit mistakes or change their ways. Recipe for a disaster.
