Old Phart, now he was a manager void of personality. I actually thought Magilton was doing a good job but was a nutcase - not the funny kind of nutcase. No, I don't feel he's one of us but a manager performing as badly as he is can't be. If he gets us up and winning and turns us in to the best QPR team we've had in years, I'm sure we'd feel more affection for him!!
