What does he even mean by "roll on the season"??!! 'Roll on the season' means the season is upcoming. Roll on the season!?? IT IS THE FECKING SEASON FFS!! GET A BLEEDING GRIP MAN!
QPR head coach Gareth Ainsworth told BBC Radio London: "We started the game too sloppy, like we were expecting Huddersfield to score against us before we've kicked ourselves into action. "You can't start games like that. We've opened the door too easily to them in that first 20 minutes and we've got to be better than that. "Huddersfield were better in our box than we were in theirs. We didn't get the clinical touches or the final moment that would have rescued a point or maybe even got three because I really thought we were the better team second half. "At 2-0 down you give yourself a mountain to climb and it's a mountain we almost climbed. Jake's volley that hit the post and almost got tapped in on the line is the way it's going at the moment."
There’s no site of GA getting a grip now H-L. Time for the board to get a bleeding grip of the situation now and do what’s needed.
The bloke is deluded. "Why did you start that game so poorly today?" "I have no idea" You're not ****ing wrong Gareth now please just **** off
Been out all afternoon having a late lunch in a lovely hotel overlooking Ardmore Bay in Co Waterford..... lunch was nice, vino lovely.... The R's? Didn't miss much by seem of things.... can't see where next points are coming from.....Need to put GA out of his misery..... Sad to hear about Sir Bobby.....
So, in the last two games we have had an unproven left back, play right back, whilst two sit on the bench. We have now had the tactics of taking your only striker off to play without one when losing! What ****ing planet is this guy on?!?! No wonder Armstrong was so pissed off. The logical thing to do would be putting someone up with him to help him out but NO, genius Gareth puts on a player he has used as a right wing back all season and gives him 10 minutes up top before moving him back to where he's always played him. Ainsworth is an absolutely crap manager, couldnt care less if people call him a 'legend', he will be always remembered as one of the worst QPR managers ever from now on.
Just seen the score…… expected. Huddersfield managers first win ……expected. Just read GA comments ……. expected. Season rolling on with relegation ….. expected. Management sacking GA ……. needed.
Cheery stat time. We've lost 8 of our opening 12 games, something we've only done on 3 other occasions and in all 3 of those we were relegated.
Cheery stat 2. Since the start of last season, #QPR have lost more games in the Championship than any other side (30 defeats). 16 of these league defeats have come under Gareth Ainsworth and in just 25 Championship matches.
What do we have to do to get rid of him? Who’s running our club? How bad does it have to get before someone actually does something? Does anyone care what the fans think?
Just seen the statistics: 14 shots 1 on target. FFS - do we actually practice anything in training or are there no goal posts at the training ground and we shoot aimlessly. One more game for GA, without a reasonable performance, then I'm changing my vote to bade for him to leave, not that the board actually listen to the fans!
Just knew that would be the outcome from the moment the line up was revealed. Adomah starting ahead of Smyth who’d just scored his first goal for Ireland and played very well and presumably full of confidence. And starting Kakay ahead of Canon beggars belief. Why sign Canon if you don’t think he’s better than Kakay. And when will the fluffy post match interviewer ask him these questions? We can all see it - put him on the spot about his selections. Someone call Warnock before it’s too late
We're waiting till all the decent options to replace him are snapped up , and then we'll make our move and appoint Ramsey till the end of the season ! At which point I'll be taking 500 tramadol washed down with a bottle of Remy Martin !
I'm already resigned to us going down and if, by some miracle, we finish 21st I'll crack open the bubbly...
Away at the moment and just read through this, the cricket thread and the rugby thread. Plus Bobby Charlton, arguably our greatest ever player has died. Sport can just **** off!!
We have a match in between haven't we. WBA on Tuesday. I hope he remembers and actually takes the team to the match. Don't want to forfeit the match through non attendance
