I know I've mentioned this before but people don't realise how many exiles, and offspring of exiles, travel regularly to matches. There'll be around 700 Cardiff there tomorrow but more Sunderland exiles. We sometimes drop lucky with away games but sadly, for Midland ex-pit villagers, Forest and Derby chose to avoid us. We'll be stopping at the Wetherby Whaler on the way home and no doubt see a few more like us ... ... hopefully no disgruntled Cardiff fans after a 4-0 thrashing and acting up.
Amad certainly seemed to enjoy the celebrations, staying out last with his little jig, the kid seems to be loving his time here, long may it continue.
Some people were offended, on his behalf, at the song we sing about him ... ... to be fair he seems to be smiling through the tears
I don't think you have to be offended to find the chant a little cringeworthy and casually racist to be fair. I'm not going to lose any sleep over anyone singing it, but I won't join in with that one either.
He's clearly not offended. I sang it at Huddersfield which, apparently, makes me a racist. I'm offended at the accusation.
