    One of footballs golden rules, play your strongest team from the start - not when we are 2 down and playing poorly, confidence shot. Bad tactics MM today, sorry!

    Yep, better to get two ahead and make changes than be two behind and have to do something different. I really struggle to understand Mick's use of Sears.

    For me, the playoffs are now gonna be hard to make and i cant see it happening, looks like we may be the first team to be top two at xmas and fail to make the playoffs, lmao!!

    I think today was perhaps a defining game for ITFC, which sums up the season. We had every chance of walloping Uddersfield, moving back in to top 6 and 2 home games to come - excellent prospects. But we have had is crystal clear:

    Bad preparation...1 more rest day ffs
    Stupid team selection
    Out of position players
    No energy, zip, use of widemen
    Hoofball desparation

    How fed up Bish, Williams, McG (who's he?!) Hunty & co must be.

    When MM starts with flair, skill, drive,, wide players, we can all sit up and enjoy again.

    Derby now 4 points ahead or as good as.
    Only 6th spot to play for now imo and i think Wolves and Brentford look like they want it more or should i say that their managers are less negative/bizarre!!

    MM ****ed up in a big way today...send wood back and save some money.

    A lot to be said for picking your strongest team from the start, changes at H/T had an impact but the final change made no sense, on the other hand if Sears and Bishop had have been in from the start, then you have more options.
