A mate of mine had his pocket picked at a game. The crowd spotted who'd done it, chased him, caught him, gave him a kicking, as did the police. In court the next morning, another mate was translating (Grimsby fan) & the guy whose pocket was pinched fell asleep in court. Not only did he not get his $1,000 back, he also got fined for contempt of court!!! Tales from the dark continent.

They do YNBK. He's a big lad & he only sings when he's fishing. Time was when Grimsby gave a fish meal to the visiting team. Not sure they still do it. But if this guy is anything to go by, I reckon their fans would be a lot of fun in the pub afterwards.

Certainly not YNBK. Good lad he was, but struck down with a virus that meant he no longer recognises people he used to know. People I've spoken to since say its all quite depressing really. No longer the life & soul of the party.

Heyho 18. Interesting time in Khartoum years ago. Probably wouldn't be sensible to go back. Definitely not the same place now as it was then. Can't see why Howson would be interested in a move to Wolves. Decent manager, but a club not exactly guaranteed PL footy every year. When we eventually get there, we should have the wherewithall to stay there, especially if we get someone with money to help take the club forward
At the moment Boggers hes not guaranteed to play Premiership football ever if he stays at Leeds his full career! I cant see it he hast 10-15 years left and I cant see us getting to the premiership in ten years(unless bates dies which is a possibility)
Tommy, even the Einstein fans watching the 'Wall couldn't have predicted such a goalkeeping meltdown as was seen on Wednesday night. Were we to get badly stuffed on Sunday & the team show no fight, your point would be very valid. Still think we'll get something out of Sunday. Hope so anyway.
